How Groups Work
With Groups, administrators can create unlimited private podcast feeds, each targeted to a specific set of users within your company. Here's how it works:
Create a Group: Name your Group based on the audience — e.g., “Sales Team,” “Marketing Department,” “Training & Onboarding.”
Publish the Episode: From the Publish Podcast tab, select whether to release your episode to All Users or just a specific Group. This can be done with one click.
- Manage Group Members: Add or remove users to keep your audience list accurate and up-to-date.
- Unlimited Groups: Scale as your organization grows — create as many Groups as you need with no limits. Your users can belong to as many Groups as needed.
- Every Group functions like its own private podcast channel, accessible only to members added by the administrator.
