How to Add a Private RSS Feed to Popular Podcast Players

Private RSS feeds are a great way to access exclusive podcast content from Team-Cast. Adding one to your podcast player is straightforward but varies slightly depending on the app you use. Here’s a step-by-step guide for Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, and Castro.

Listen to Your Private Podcast on Apple Podcasts

Obtain the RSS Feed Link: Copy the private RSS feed URL provided by Team-Cast after logging in.
Open Apple Podcasts.
On iPhone or iPad, open the Apple Podcasts app.
Navigate to Library
Tap the Library tab at the bottom of the screen.
Add the RSS Feed: Tap Edit (top-right corner) and then select Add a Show by URL.
Paste the RSS feed URL into the provided field.
Confirm: Tap Subscribe. The private podcast should now appear in your library.

Listen to Your Private Podcast on Pocket Casts

Copy the RSS Feed Link: Ensure you have the private RSS feed URL ready.
Open Pocket Casts.
Launch the Pocket Casts app on your device.
Access the Discover Page: Tap the Discover tab (magnifying glass icon).
Manually Add Feed: Paste the RSS feed URL into the search bar.
Pocket Casts will recognize the feed. Tap Subscribe to add it to your library.

Copy the RSS Feed Link: Have the private RSS feed URL on hand.
Open Castro.
Launch the Castro app on your iPhone.
Add the RSS Feed.
Tap the + icon (top-right corner).
Select Add Podcast via URL.
Paste the RSS feed link and confirm.

Now the private podcast will now appear in your library.

Login at Team-Cast.com
You will see your feed of episodes
Click on the episode of your choice and click play
